What do banned cyclist's when they are banned?

    David Millar went on a bender for about a year, then moved to Hayfield started riding a bike and bought carrot cake from the corner shop. He might have done other things too, but I only ever saw him buying carrot cake and riding a blue Dolan up and down past my house.
