Cyclescheme - Delivery time

Hi All,

Im awaiting delivery of my cyclescheme vouchers. It says on their website that it can take up to 4 weeks for these to be delivered.

Just wanted to check if anyone had purchased a bike through the scheme recently and had any timescales?

(I'm pretty impatient - hope it doesn't take 4 weeks!)

    I've had two vouchers and both much quicker than that. Think from applying to picking up bike took about 2 weeks, but that might also vary depending on how efficient your HR department are!

    Mine took about 6 weeks from date of applicaton.

    It's all down to how quick your HR dept process it

    It is nowt to do with HR? Well, not just HR.
    You just go on to the website, and HR authorise (took my HR 3 days).

    3 weeks later I am still waiting for the voucher! It is as much the scheme facilitator. And they charge the poor LBS 10% of the bike price.

    I hate the scheme providers... rip off, making money out of it for nothing more than a loan to the LBS.

    From sending the application form to HR, and receiving the voucher from cyclescheme just over two weeks (longer wait to get the bike from the shop, but thats another story........)
