Finaly reached my first goal today, i have lost 10 stone!!!.
Not getting to "gushy" about it, but cycling has played a huge part of this, the disire to keep up with the pack on the sunday MTB rides, and the sheer pleasure of a nice ride in the countryside on the road bike has been a driving force. I was going to celebrate with a bar of choccy, but sod it, the call of my next target, to loose 50% of my body weight is calling

A feather is kinky, a whole chicken is just perverse.

Christ thats decent. Well done!
Ive been looking to make more modest losses and cant seem to shift that last 5lbs to get me sub 13 stone. However, I look a lot better and I am sure you do too. I think its the aesthetic improvments that bring the biggest sense of achievment.
Keep it up.0 -
