should there be any flex when a bike is stationary brake is on and the bike is pushed forwards, I guess the same would happen when the bike is moving.

is there play ie a rocking sensation?
check bushings by seeing if you can move the stanchions laterally in the lowers.0 -

Headset correctly preloaded? Maybe disc pads moving too.0

should be theres no play in the headset, i'm guessing their not meant to flex then? i also have disc rub today that wasn't there the other day.0

These forks are as stiff as they come fore and aft. Are they just not compressing a little?0
-
the lock out was on so I would have thought unlikely0
-
the lock out do allow for some travel.
who fitted the fork?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

lbs, I know they provide some travel, but surely they need a bit of force to allow it0
-
First 20mm or so is free travel, then it locks.0
-
nope, you get 10-20mm to improve locked out traction.0
-
i dont think it is travel but will have a look in 20 mins or so0
-
