  • There was a post on here recently that advised searching out powder coaters on Yell. It's an electrostatic form of spraying really, and the coating stays on really well apparently.
That's who i got in touch with and mine is going in next week. Frame and forks about 20-30 quid I think is a decent price, or at least they're the best that i've been quoted. I was recommended to have it sand blasted too as any paint left under the powder coating bubbles when the frame is heated to set the powder. Another £20 or so for that...

I had my Norco frame done by a company on Ebay 18 months ago

Even put more decals on for me for a bit more

think it cost just shy of about £40
  • nice one guys, apparently theres a placein Harbourne that are quite good, i'll have a look. the price you quoted is quite reasonable too!

If it was me, and if I had an orange, I would consider getting it done by Orange themselves. I know it's more expensive (£170 I believe for a 5) but you'll get a top class job in a proper "Orange" colour and they will obviously know what to mask!!
