White van marooned on Southwark Bridge

Did anyone else see this this morniing?
For those who didn't, there is a bike lane on Southwark Bridge separated from the main road section by raised stone barriers, up to a foot high with gaps to allow cyclists in and out - the type that CTC are always saying is safer.
Somehow the driver of a white VW Transporter van had managed to drive up onto this barrier so that it was balanced with the drivers side wheels in the air!
I've no idea how he managed it, but it makes you wonder...
