'Duff the Stuffing' on your bike this Christmas

Local off-road cycle club Trog invites all comers to banish the winter
blues and shed some unwanted Christmas calories at Rendlesham Forest on
Sunday 27th December.
'Duff the stuffing' is an event that Trog are really behind says Club
Chairman Phil Simmons, 'this fun event has proved to be a fantastic way
to get out and active during the festive season. In the events first
year over 60 people of all ages came and tried one of the specially
organised off road cycle trails through the forest. Some hadn't been on
their bike for years and others were cycling off-road for the first time
but everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves'.
Father of two David Anderson had such a good time that he has since
become a regular at club rides, 'I got hooked into the thrill of riding
off-road at 'Duff the Stuffing' and am now a Trog member. The club is
really friendly and supportive to people of all abilities so I encourage
anybody who has an urge to get off the sofa this Christmas to come and
see us at Rendlesham Forest'.
The event is free (club donations welcome) and includes a BBQ lunch for
participants thanks to sponsors 'Snakes & Ladders', Legal recruitment
specialists 'A1 Legal' and telecoms company 'Pandala'. All you need is
two wheels and a bike helmet plus plenty to drink. Maintenance support
will be given to those who feel their bike needs it!
The rides are taking place between 11am-1pm from the Rendlesham Forest
Centre. All are led by club members and vary in length and difficulty.
