New bars for custom build

Right, starting my own new build - everything has arrived or is on order except for bars. I did buy a a set of exotic bars and stem - stem is perfect, but the bars are only 625mm wide and they dont seem wide enough. I thought about their DH option at 680mm but the rise is 2" and i thought it may raise the front up too much. The frame is an 18" 456 with revelation forks (110-140mm). Any recommendations or advice as to what to look for?? Budget is max £25 - seems pointless spending loads when you can get exotic/easton/titec bars for such little money!

sorry the issue is more to do with best size rise on bars with out raising the front too much... i was worried that the 2" rise may be too much...0

Go for a low rise bar such as the Easton EA30? Well within your price range at £20 quid, only 20mm rise. Had one on my bike before swapped it out for a Easton EA70 Monkey Mid-Rise.

i nearly got the ea30 frist time round and on reflection should have done. Had them on my Reign and liked them so makes sense - just a pity the exotic are so narrow!0

would you consider selling the exotic bars if they are the 31.8's?And now you know, and knowing is half the battle
