This time they are really mine and I've provided my own pics
I am new around here so thought I post up a pic of my new MTB and the other favourite bike a 1984 Gen II Haro Freestyler.
The MTB is a Trek 8000 I have changed the tyres for a narrower wired Panaracers.
I've not been been able to exercise much this year so I have now bought the bike with the view to losing the weight I have gained during my recovery from an injury. I used to do a lot of offroad owning several Orange bikes.
Tomorrow I am heading of to Llandegla for a very gentle ride and looking forward to getting very cold and muddy and then the associated aches on Monday
My other passion is motorsport and the Exige in the picture is my trackday car.
So far I have found the forum to be a great place and am looking forward to making a contribution going foward.
Cheers

Thanks everyone, looking back maybe a bit showy to do the car thing, but it is a real part of my life as I work as a freelance in motorsport and love all things car.Suffering from the light bike fat git syndrome.0

love the trek. looks really nice. hope to see you around more often.0

Not showy at all, I love cars too and that ones awesome, I've always wanted an exige, that and the elise are what I'd call pure sports cars, hardly any mod cons to keep the weight down, just a pure lightweight car.
This is mine, a wee bit different but it took about two years to complete from a pretty rusty shell! It's been in the garage for about the last month though as the weather is so bad, these were taken a couple of months ago!
Let's see how well people know their cars and see if anyone knows what it is ;-)0 -

A VeDub Type something or other (Variant)? Or an early Karman Ghia? SoCal 'ish, but loving the pinstriping so I guess that makes it a kustom with a capital 'K'? 8)*Rock Lobster Team Tig SL (22lb 14oz)

*1940 Raleigh Dawn Tourist with rod brakes0 -
It is indeed a VW, type 3 notchback, it does look a wee bit different from the original one though so not easy, most definitely custom with a 'K' Built by the lads down at the paintbox, hopefully they might spray a bike for me at some time and they're very fond of the old beach cruisers down there too0

its a black car. hmm how old...??? 8)0
