    Lovely.

By all means fit a lighter groupset; just send me the Rival when you've removed it.
  • its the same team pro frame that nicole cook won the olympics on last year allegedly,
    very harsh i must admit,
i have fitted a 12 - 23 ultegra 6700 rear cassette willchange to an 11 - 25 nice wide range in conjunction with the compact chainset, also will change the front mech its a 105 that i had spare,
i fancy changing the group to ultegra 6700 if i cant get used to double tap i like the hidden cables like on the rival,
what about wheels should i change the ultegras to RS80s or just stick with them, no real weight diff

I'd stick with the Ultegras. Fine wheels by all accounts.

(Alternatively, send them to me with the SRAM kit)

...hmmm, the two diff coloured tyres...
...I can see what you're aiming at & why you've chosen that...
...personally, I would have gone for a pair in red.

...but, it's your bike & your choice.
    ...vive la difference! :D

Keep the fork steerer the length it is and mount a light on it
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
