2010 cannondale CAAD9 Tiagra bb30

If I buy a 2010 cannondale CAAD9 tiagra, which has the tiagra chainset in a bb30 frame using an adapter, will I be able to remove it all and put a proper bb30 chainset in? Or is the adapter stuck in forever?

    AFAIK you should be able to remove the adaptor

    BB30 adaptors are simple press-in bushes
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Thnaks. I thought i'd read somewhere about bb adapters being a fit forever thing but it didn't seem to make sense to sell a bb30 bike that could never use a bb30.
