Break away bolts for rear mech's

So can anyone recomend a break away bolt ? Seem to be plenty out there from anodized money stealers to bog standard cheapo's !

Will they fit a shimano SLX shadow mech ? Any tips for fitting ?

I dont believe there are any out there for the shadow mechs.
