As the title says.

I saw an old friend on the trails yesterday. I hadn't seen him for what feels like years. I used to love spending the whole day just riding along by his side or swapping the lead.

It gave me a lovely warm feeling to see him again, but just as quick as he appeared yesterday, he was gone, he just hung around long enough for me to grab a photo.

I'm not sure when I'll see him again, but if you do see him give him a big wave from me!

I saw him Llandegla, maybe he likes North Wales, if you do see him, tell him to pop over to Lancashire!

Busy guy, he's here on the Isle of Man this morning. Hopefully, he'll stick around for a bit.

I find it's a good idea to take extra, if he dosent want any, you can just eat it yourself.
