Whats everyone up to on this fine day???
Me: Lying flat, ribs killing me, knee killing me, nose killling me, stitches are hurting.
Drinking coffee, watching shite TV and have to drag myself out later for lunch with old friend I have not seen in 4 years. Feel like cancelling but really can't.
Feel like I have been run over!
Hate the pain, I really hate even more so being this immobile(ish)

Today shall be spent plotting to wipe Eastern Europe of the map!
Apart from that, another boring day of being busy and sorting out everyone else's problems...
As the apololypse seems to have started early (pitch black and driving rain outside), I might see about going for a night ride tonight. Not ridden outside for a couple of weeks now...0 -

wait for misses to get home before heading to asda or tesco to get some food in. quite fancy getting some steak tonight so it will prob be asda (they do very very tasty medallions at my local one). then will probably stick a movie on as friday night tv is usually pretty poor.
lazy day tomorrow although i need to change the cable for my rear derailleur and need to reset the clamp for the rear mudguard as it keeps slipping to the right for some reason.
Out on sunday morning for a blast with the local bike club ( if feeling up to it as i'm almost fully recovered from a chest infection), and then get my stuff ready for work on monday.whoever said the pen is mightier than the sword obviously never encountered automatic weapons0 -
what bike clb are you in just out of interest??0
