upgrading from an '06 Lemond....

Advice welcomed on this one ....
as per title looking at upgrading my '06 Lemond.
In the running are
Specialized Roubaix
Cannondale Synapse
Scott Cr1
As an outside choice enigma eclipse
Or is it worth the extra £'s for Colnago clx 2 ultegra.
Ridden the roubiax & cannondale, both very comfy, Not sure for me if Roubaix maybe a little too removed from 'experience' of raod (maybe this is a good thing for long weekends of riding !!), ridden a 09 Colnago and also found that very comfy and fast.
Question is, from list above or other suggestions where would/have people put there money - is the colnago worth the extra ?
Typical rides are 50/60 mile club rides, centuries, long day rides & the odd charity bike ride as well as shorter faster rides when evenings allow.
I have read threads on here that I could find but couldn't find any on '10 ranges

Out of curiosity which '06 Lemond do you have? I have a Buenos Aires and would need something pretty special to tempt me to change.0
