i ordered some tt bars and pedals from them a couple of months ago and had no problems. i get the impression that the accessories side is as good as any, it's the cycle building that sems to be the problem for them."Unfortunately these days a lot of people don’t understand the real quality of a bike" Ernesto Colnago0

Ribbles name only comes into disrepute when it comes to ordering complete bikes, depending on stock/frame size, etc...
I've ordered plenty from them this year, always had excellent, speedy service.Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0 -
ordered my bike end of Oct and got it 3rd week of Nov, exactly as i specc'd it and chuffed to bits with it. service was better than expected and didnt take as long as i prepared myself as demand was high. yes they hardly ever reply to emails, but when i phoned i didnt have to wait at all
just wish ribble were as generous as wiggle with freebies, spent half as much aat wiggle on my last bike and got loads of bits for free, got nothing with the ribble lolCrafted in Italy apparantly0 -
Ordered some tyres over the weekend, they arrived Tuesday, my son ordered tyres Tuesday and they arrived today (Thursday). Best price and very good delivery0

A few years back their delivery time wasn't great (at least compared to Wiggle, Parkers,
CRC etc). Now they seem very good and have kept their prices lower.0 -

Bought loads of clothing and accessories from Ribble last 18 months - best price and delivered within 2 days every time, excellent service.
Bought a bike build sportive/racing this year at peak demand time (May), had to wait 3 weeks longer than first advised but got a free tyre upgrade and bike worth the wait.
No bottle opener but credit where credits due eh?0 -
Bit of a long shot and slightly off topic......
but does anyone know if Ribble sell their TT frames on their own, or are they always complete bikes?0 -

Excellent thanks. I did try to navigate the website to find them, obviously wasn't looking in the right place.0 -
Does anyone know if other companies offer those alloy TT frames? I looked for technical info on Deda's website but it doesn't mention their TT framesets, are Ribble making them in-house?0
