Yeh, I've been up it several times. Probably one of my first Munros when I was a wee bairn. From memory I would say that if you were on a bike the downhill would be a blast and the uphill a bit of a drag. It's one of Scotland's busiest mountains so best to go midweek if you can.Commencal Meta 5.5.1

yeah I did it 6 weeks ago, went up on a saturday. It's like a motorway with walkers but they do get out of your way when they hear you coming. It took 2 hours 45 mins to go up, mostly walking but the mid section is rideable. 45 mins to come down and thats with a stop half way down to rest the brake fingers. Got a mostly good response from the other walkers with the odd few telling us it was too dangerous to go down on bikes. We soon changed they're mind when we came hurtling down the hill!
In hindsight I would do it on a week day so you don't have to slow down on the way down cause it's quieter. Oh, and make sure your brakes work!!
