Loch lomond and the Trossachs .. - One to watch out for

With the Ferry service coming back to the Loch it will open up that region to masses whilst avoiding the dreaded A82

I tried to go on the maid around August .I thought it would go to Tarbutt,was thinking take bikes on the maid then cycle back to balloch,a good 18 miles one way,but it seems that she does not stop anywhere,I could be wrong but this is what I was told.
