Anyone know what his latest sign-on/ shop name is in EBay.
Saw some Conti GP4's going at a half decent price but the shops in Cheshire so thinking it might be mr hinde so wouldn't touch him with a barge pole
Cheers

Better prices than found on here ? http://www.bikeradar.com/forum/viewtopi ... highlight=
(if they are better price - please dont tell me - mine are at home now !)0 -
Thanks for the replies guys
My mistake - it was Conti 4 seasons tyres rather than the GP4's I mentioned in my OP but £48 +P&P for a pair seemed like a decent deal judging by the prices I was finding elsewhere

Yes, its Faspartsforbikes.
I used them three times, all times items came the next day, with an invoice, well pakaged and in perfect condition. These were tyres, some Khamsin wheels and a Saddle.
I will use him again, despite what some people have said about service, as so far he has proved to be one of the best ebay sellers I have used on a repeat occasion.0 -
Glad its worked out for you - but I'm playing safe.0
-
I just bought some wheels for my Cov Eagle restoration from fastpartsforbikes
You're scaring me now...0 -
He has 99.5% positive feedback - which is average - but the negative comments are really REALLY negative, not just your usual 'arrived late' stuff.0
-
do yourself a fave, get them from parkers, i think i paid about £51 and free delivery arriving 2 days later. hassle free and a good price :-)0
-
More scary than the ebay feedback he recieves is the disgusting comments he leaves - see here (his former ebay ID which I presume he dumped to try and get a clean slate).
He could deliver the goods same day by hand in gold plated boixes, I wouldn't deal with s**m like that!
Oh, and did you catch what he actually published in his Cycling Weekly ad after visiting Eurobike "never seen so much sh1te" - he actually said that in his ad, referring to all other bike manufacturers, quite a few of which I would hold in higher esteem than him! What kind of "person" puts that in a national magazine advert???????0 -
Have a look at these

Surely Ebay should be cracking down on retailers swapping and changing their ID names?
The whole point of the IDs is so that any member can see your whole track record, rather than allowing shops/people like Dave Hinde to give blinkered perspective of their customer service.================

Yes.
They should also clamp down on people selling stolen goods too...
But they don't.0 -

Doesn't look too bad on there, seems like the normal stuff you get for people selling stuff on the cheap.0 -
Goofbay (above link) is a really good site to use to check up on sellers. Can take a while to load sometimes though!0

You want to deal with someone who regularly blames Royal Mail (funny, Royal Mail never loses anything of mine, but loses about 5% of what he claims to have posted!), and calls buyers "thieving lying scum"? Do leopards change their spots?
Not for me, I don't care what the prices are, I prefer to keep my dignity!0
