Cateye computer - change the time without reseting milage?

As the topic says..I have lost the manual for my Cateye Strada and want to know if I can put the clock back an hour without doing a reset and losing all of the info I have on it?

I did this the other day while riding (also got a Strada) - probably not recommended but it worked!0

Here's the manual, I have Velo 8 and I don't clearly understand the instructions to tell you
in a few quick words, but I'm pretty sure you can change the clock without reseting the computer.
