Hey all
Still windy out there!??!
OK - Q for you. I've got a Surley Cross-Check set up as my fixie, which I enjoy riding, but where I live the riding is limited unless I want knackered knees!
Im thinking of getting some gears etc on that to get more winter use from it (after seeing my 'best' bike covered in cr@p on Sunday!)
or
Get another bike, second hand whatever with gears on etc for Winter Sunday club runs
Thoughts ? :?

Fixies are very in. Flog that one and buy a cheap road bike for winter would be my advice.0

I'd have to it cougie Its a LE Surley from the US. Might have to add another to the collection ?!?“Look where you want to go. Not where you are going”0

Oh actually - i've just googled it - looks like that frame can run gears anyway - so if you like the bike - convert it rather than flog it and buy new.0

thats the fella! X-check can be ready to go..
Its a Q of keeping the fixie as I do enjoy riding it as one, but has it limitations, or having yet another bike for winter longer club runs.. :?“Look where you want to go. Not where you are going”0 -
