And why?

I'm doing an essay for uni, discussing the role of regionla languages in the future of the French language as a whole, and it's as interesting as it sounds.

    It has it's moments...
  • I am at work too.....but with a name like this most people would've guessed that eh?
  • Babysitting 400 Oxford students, watching Lily Allen on TV and surfing the web.......looking forward to my very wet ride home at 7am dry off and then playing golf (in the rain too!) Sheesh life is tough.
  • Mornin' all. Just got up and will be leaving for work at 4:15 to start just before 5:00. Nice little motorcycle ride from Bath to Bristol whilst trying to avoid suicidal badgers and low flying owls. Will be finishing work at about 3pm. Have the kettle on when I get home won't you please.
Let's close our eyes and see what happens

It doesnt help that I could not cycle to work tonight but had to drive, I feel like a fraud.

  • I hate it when I cannot ride to work, even if is raining really hard I still love it. I recently bought a P7 torch light from DX and it is great riding in the dark, cars give me more room and wait for me to pass at junctions. Life's good!

Strangely, I find the subject interesting particularly when compared with English. I ended up learning a smattering of patois in the Corrèze. About all I can remember now is ''fé pa bienne chaou!''

I'd rather have a long weekend in Helmand than be where you are.

Strangely enough I was going for hours at that point too :o

Best of luck with ride & the essay.

I'm up waiting on one of my outsourced colleagues calling to tell me to carry out some testing on a system.
As boring as it sounds and as frustrating as f*** cos I'll be too knackered to ride my bike tomorrow after a minimum 14 hour shift today

It was just a guess, unless you are a Chester local I probably don't know you.

I did all my best work as an undergraduate in the middle of the night.
