Anyone Ride a 61cm Tifosi CK7

Looking to buy a Winter Frame but having problems getting a bigger frame to fit me
being 6ft5 tall it`s tough to find a winter frame big enough - i e-mailed RJ Chicken (importers) of Tifosi frame and they said a 61cm frame would prob suit me as someone in there staff is 6ft2 and rides a 57cm
I usually ride a 65cm = 25 inch frame and they say a 61cm is the equivalent of a 65cm as there is a 4cm drop top tube. - just wondered if any of the taller cyclists out there have this frame or as good as and does it fit them ok. thanks for your time and any thoughts would help.
