Rapha + Assos sizing?

Does anybody own both an Assos Airblock 851 and a Rapha softshell?

Do you take the same size in both?

I'm thinking of getting a Softshell you see :oops:

    I was hoping they were around the same, guess not, my Assos tops are XL, Rapha Softshell is in clearance in XL and XXL, but guess they will be too big.

    I do have an XL LS Rapha jersey, and that is too big for me really, but I've been using it as a jacket and it's been fine.

    Ive got an Assos intermediate jersey in XL and a Rapha soft shell in L. I did order the Rapha softshell in XL and found the neck too wide.

    I've got both in L. The Rapha is a smidge bigger.

    A lot of people say that Assos stuff comes up small but I reckon that all the other brands come up large! At least with Assos, medium actually fits me and I think I'm a fairly medium kinda guy. :D

    I take medium in Assos bibs and they are tight and small in Rapha jerseys and tights. My Rapha softshell and long sleeve jersey that I bought a year ago are medium but apparently their sizes have changed. I would buy a small Rapha softshell now. I'm 5' 10" and 70 kgs.

    I have both in xl.

    The Assos top is so snug I can barely breath - I clearly need to lose weight!!

    The Rapha top is much much looser fitting - I love it.

    I suspect that I could fit the Rapha over the top of the Assos on a cold day.....

    Just got a club jersey, too big. Interesting that my Rapha Condor XL measures at 19cm and the Club XL measures at 21cm.

    I have both. Assos - L, Rapha - M All my Rapha kit is medium but medium Assos is way too 'fitted' Large is just right for me

    My Assos SS tops are XL and very figure hugging (OK tight!), my chest is 43-44", whereas my Bib Shorts are large and very relaxed and my waist is 34-35".
