Not the weather, the virus. I've caught one 
So for the duration I'll be surviving on lemsips (spaced out as necessary), stuffing my face and doing as little as possible in the hope it helps my immune system fight off the bug quickly.

I whinge, travel by PT for a day or two, eat and drink more than usual and feel sorry for myself.
Getting over one right now but in a cross country race tomorrow so that might, possibily, extend it :roll:0
