trails close to box hill/dorking

hello, i am hoping to head out tomorrow to box hill/dorking area to find some good trails, is there any where i could go to have fun??? really new to this so i well lost as where to look, cheers people.

    There is so many trails it hard to nav the first time you go. First time we went i asked a local and there showed us around. Nice Guys but super fast. Becareful as most trails as multi directional and it's a very popular area.

    If you can get to Peaslake, there are some great trails from there.. you're close to the Surrey Hills, so try out Leith Hill, Holmbury St Mary and Pitch Hill (some trails to look out for are Barry Knows Best, Yoghurt Pots and Summer Lightning).

    I mentioned Peaslake, as there is a bike shop there (Pedal & Spoke, I think).. The owner is really friendly, and they have maps of the area.. if you asked him nicely, I'm sure he'd let you know where the trails are mate!
