Rack on a Boardman Hybrid Team?

Does anyone know of a pannier rack that can be fitted to a Boardman Hybrid Team bike? It has disc brakes and 700C wheels so I'm not sure what can fit.

You can get some helpful replies by asking a question on the Halfords website - if you click onto your bike there's an option to ask a question and the Halfords 'web team' usually replies within a day of two. I acutally found this quite helpful when asking about what size tyres would fit on the rims of my Pro Ltd.

They might only recommed what Halfords sell, obviously, but worth a try.

Has the boardman got mount points for a rack?

If not you would be looking at P-clips to mount it or maybe a seatpost rack.
