I put a deposit on a new '07 ML7/5 frame. Its rrp was about £1300 and i have got it for just over £600. Just waiting to get some more funds and then will be transferring all components from my '06 Marin Rocky Ridge (will the lbs will be because i dont want to screw it up!). I will then be upgrading components as i get the funds starting with the wheels i think. Im excited!!
Are wheels probably the best place to start when i start upgrading other components? The forks i will be transfering are Fox Vanilla R so i think are capable enough.

What wheels do you have? Do you have a spec list? I'd fit what can be fitted and just ride!0

http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/category/ ... ridge-9095 Although i think some of this is wrong because im sure for eg my rear derailleur is xt. Also on that speck it says the vanilla r's are air sprung, but i thought they were coil? I will def be riding it right away, but will also be upgrading gradually!0
