If you want to be seen at night the Night Vision tights are ideal, about 50% reflective. In daylight I'd have thought a bright coloured top is more effective than coloured tights.0

Saw some very nice Sportful ones online this weekend - mainly white with black (ideal for the muddy lanes). Think they did red or blue as well. Can't remember what site (internet history lists about 2 dozen online cycling retailers!), will have a look later but may have been Sigma or Wiggle0

There's a reason most tights are black as most of us know! Coloured shorts look bad enough on me let alone tights

The new Castelli winter tights come in black and white - spendy though! The likes of Campagnolo, Santini and Sportful do coloured ones, but be wary, if you get them really dirty, they light colours never look the same.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

Tights really need to be black - or they'll just be grubby.
If its daylight - then have a fluo jacket on.
If its dark - wear reflectives.
No need to be burdened by looking like a grimey banana on the lower half.0
