Madison EVO or Tempest ?

Hi all,
Wondered if anyone has either of the above & what they think? I have a Rapha winter softshell at the moment but find it's not waterproof / warm enough for my winter of fixie commuting daily. I'm toying with the Tempest which i think looks warmer? Does anyone have an evo & are they thinner than the Madison therefore not as warm?
