new headset anypoint?

is there any point to fitting a new headset, one I've got at the moment seems fine, but planning on fitting a new fork? and I cant really afford to buy a new one as i have a long list of what I want.

    well you need to get the old crown race of the old fork and at that time you will have the headset in bits. If all is good then re use it, if worn and pitted replace.
