suspicious ruby elite london area

looking for a ruby for my wife- found this on e-bay

Seller has sold a few bikes, 6 in the last 6 weeks!!- all with few details on the ad- no frame size etc. His description is a straight copy and paste from the net, and he's also currently selling a stumpjumper again with no frame size

Am I right to be suspicious- particulalry as the ruby has been bid to only £26 with 3 days to go??

the seller has advised the frame is " 18 inches"

Must be the only road bike to have a frame measured in inches
