Managed to break the rear raceguard when refitting the rear wheel. Totally my fault, no problem with the design or material of the mudguard whatsoever.
Contacted Mr Crud hoping to be able to buy just the rear 'guard rather than forking out another 20 odd quid on a new set. Mr Crud sent me the replacement parts for just the cost of postage.
Thankyou Mr Crud, top service :D:D (the 20 odd quid saved paid for a set of 'guards for my wifes new MTB)

    A little bit of good customer service goes a helluva long way.... :wink:

  • could you post up the conmtact details you used, i had the rear flap on the front one fly off and get lost, and desperately need a replacement! would be much appreciated

    had parts missing from my roadracers when they arrived from ribble

    ribble didnt even bother replying to my emails .. mr crud despatched all the required parts FOC

    Mr Crud is great, very helpful he sent me spare nuts and bolts. Customer service like this cannot in my opinion be praised enough.
