What torque for wheel spindle nuts?

I’m changing tyre and tube on the rear. On the front there’s a QR spindle, but on the rear, two (approx 14mm) nuts on either side. What do I torque these to?

Wheel nuts need to be tighten firmly to stop the wheel moving - hand tight with a spanner, somewhere like 25-30Nm is more than enough

not too tight - you could strip the threads !
