Brake pad spreader/spacer

Anyone know where I can get a brake pad spreader/spacer for some Avid Juicy 3's?

They should come with them on Avid 3's. I got some for mine but I suppose that's because I bought it from a quality bike shop.........Halfords

I admit to being rather surprised, also got full manuals for forks, shock etc and all. Maybe if you ask in a Halfords you may find they have a jar full of 'forgotten' ones that they may let you have a couple?
