Which one? Boardman hybrid comp or specialized sirrus elite?

Advice please!
Looking to get a decent hybrid for commute, 50m (hilly) leisure rides but also some light touring.
Budget is £450 MAX (after any discount or C2W)

Opinions please... Think I've narrowed it down to 2...

Boardman Performance Hybrid Comp (£425 after discount) or Specialized Sirrus Elite 2010 (£399 after C2W scheme reduction).

N.B. Can't get the Boardman through C2W as employer doesn't deal with halfords, but ofered 15% discount voucher.

Think I'm still favouring the Boardman, but seems a shame to miss out on the C2W benefits etc.

    go for Specialized Sirrus its safer to dont by bikes from halfords thems mechanix are rubish so get bike from bike shop you can also look on trek 7.2 or 7.3 7.3 its wery light and quick good luck

    Was coming round to that idea after visiting lbs. I'll have al look at the trek, but do like the Specialized.
