I am looking into buying a new bike and Ribble seem to have just what i want .But...... done some reserch and it seems that they don't have a good name for complete bikes.Any one had any experiences of buying on line with them.I dont want to fork out £1300 if its not right.

    I found them fine & the bike has not let me down. The only issue (if you are in a hurry) is the built time; mine was longer than anticipated - about 3 weeks. The telephone service is only OK but I visited the shop & found them extremely accommodating. If anything is wrong, they will sort it out. They are a trustworthy company, sell decent bikes at a great price but their customer service can be patchy.

    Not a full bike, but I ordered a frame, forks and a few components on Tuesday am. and it was delivered on Thursday am. pretty damn good if you ask me :D

    I ordered a complete winter bike earlier this year. Yes, it took a few more weeks to arrive than I anticipated, but they answered all my emails and when the bike came it was perfect. It was such good value that I didn't mind the extra wait.

    I've got nearly 1200 miles on the Ribble Sportive I bought this summer and I really like it. There was one minor mistake in the cable routing (didn't cause a problem - I didn't actually notice for quite some time) but otherwise it's been fine. I still think my bike was a bargain.

    Btw, if you're in the market for a cheap carbon bike you might also want to take a look at Planet-x as their current deals are pretty darned good. I don't think they look as nice as the Ribbles though.

    i dont believe theres any issues with regard to build qulity for full or partial builds

    the only issues lay wih the build times and response times

    aslong as your patient i wouldnt be concerned bout ordering...i never (tho i am still waiting)

    i ended up with a focus cayo 105 triple ordered on thursday lunch time delivered monday.
    fitted handle bars and pedals and took it out to try if i dont like it i can send it back but so far so GOOD
