Just thought I would say Woolyhatshop is a top shop.
Ordered an Octalink Bottom Bracket last week it turned up pronto. Only got round to fitting it yesterday took out old BB and balls!!! I had ordered wrong size checked woolyhat site and they didnt have right size in stock.
Sent it back yesterday with the invoice and a covering note didnt expect a refund for the usual couple of weeks it has taken with other internet stores. Checked my emails and there it was a refund for full amount into paypal.
They are getting more of my business in future. Customer service it might catch on you know.

They kept sending me the wrong BB, I think after I sent one of the Isis ones back they sent me the exact same BB back
But that's trivial, they have good prices and good fast delivery, what's not to like? Uncompromising extremist0 -
