It's all about the Sun selling papers not the grief of the mother / bungling PM - and not about pacifism or pro-war ... that's it0 -

Well said.
+1
And +1 again.
The poor mother is being used, abused and will be dropped once the Sun moves on.
Shame
Aye, ditto. I really detest tabloid journalism. What a worthwhile contribution to the world. Don't believe a word they say, even have to double check the date.Det. Sgt. George Carter: Do you know what, Jack? You're full of sh!t.
Det. Insp. Jack Regan: I thought it was about time you made an intellectual contribution to this debate.
Det. Sgt. George Carter: Boll@cks.0 -

This story makes me sick.
Whether you like GB or not is immaterial. The PM of the day took the time write a personal/private note when most PM.s would have sent a printed copy which they would have just signed.
The Sun to then come along and blow up this entire event and then record a "personal" conversation between a PM and a bereaved Mother is just despicable.
Politicians are always being accused of not being kind or having the personal touch. Is it any wonder because when they actually do something kind, the gutter press record it and print it for all the world to see.0 -
Not sure if anyone has seen this but, the Sun spelt the mothers name wrong in the paper the other day. They also incorrectly attached, above a small commentry about the death, a picture of a grinning Chris Evans instead of whatever they were supposed to put there.
You would think they would have double checked due to the nature of the story!0
