anyone that has managed to get in contact with ribble recently how did you go about that?

(0)1772 336800 - is this the number you ring for all enquireies? unfortunatly this line is shut from 5.15 so i cant get in touch normally and its not open on saturdays typically.

i know what ribble are like and was happy to play the waitin game however I've noticed my order is completely wrong and none of my spec has been applied. i need to know its sorted and although i've sent a message from their website it doesnt give any confirmation that anything has been sent and since the site fucked up when i specc'ed the bike i dont trust it.

nothing from my order is correct, its all the default options from the 'special editions' page wrong frame size, cassette, bars/stem sizes, chainset and even tyre colours. so if anyone else is gonna order this way, check your invoice!!

I called Ribble the other day on the above listed number around 4:30pm to confirm an email order I had just placed. They answered within 5 rings, were very pleasant and helpful and best of all (though as far as I'm aware unrelated to the phone call) I RECEIVED MY ORDER THE VERY NEXT MORNING! I've never had anything but great service form Ribble.

Got them on that number eventually. It was engaged constantly for a few hours to the extent it took me completely off guard when they answered
  • sorted this today (well actually my MAM did it for me while i was supposedly working)

got through immediately and who ever answered was 'super' apparantly knew exactly what she meant as she read my notes that i'd left her so my spec is correct on their system now and should be 2 weeks more wait.

although it does seem like they have been telling everyone who enquires that the frames are "due in today" lol
