Avid elixir lever pulls into the bar?help

I took my carrera banshee xxx to halfords for its 6 weeks check up.i collected the bike and found the rear brake lever felt more spongey than before and came in a little more.the guy told me the rear has more fluid to push through so its not as good as the front.i didnt ride the bike for around 3-4 days after.now the lever pulls into the bar and the brake dosent even stop the bike?any ideas?cheers

    sounds like it has a leak.

    needs bleeding/fixing.

    take it back for them to sort.
