Posting a frame GB or Abroad

Who do you guys use and how much does it usually cost?

Looking for help as got someone in the Netherlands interested in my frame but never sent one before never mind abroad. Parcel force came up at £80 tracked but based it on dimensions weight of almost 30kg?
