Was it a straight swap for this bike? I must be missing something here, is the dekerf frame worth thousands of pounds or something? :shock:

yeah, straight swap. Carbon s-works may of been £4800 to build new but i got it as new when it was 10month old for £1500 and had owned it for 11month when i fancied a change. Wouldnt of got my cash back if id sold it, maybe would of done ok if id broke for parts prehaps.

I love those Dekerfs, they ride real nice. I love the colour too. Nice retro-kit with some modern twists

I know you're on Retrobike, good bits and pieces crop up all the time, not cheap for the good stuff though (Ringle etc) especially if it's NOS.

trying to keep things retro with modern stuff that doesnt look out of place, nice to have safe discs brakes etc.

wierd being back on a hardtail but it suits my riding style.

the sticker says that but the bike was originaly white, so the stickers may be wrong mate.

bike is made with 631 tubing, so im after the right sticker to replace what is on it.
