A dinner cooked...

Firstly, I am no chef, but, I will have an occasional dabble...
Yesterday, at my wee fella's request, we baked some Choc chip muffins & blueberry muffins, all very messy, but great fun. They were then hidden from the missus until today.
This afternoon, my son and I (mainly 'I'), prepared various veg and chicken, mixed it all up in a casserole dish and put it in the oven.
Even baked some 'part baked' baguetttes to coincide with the casserole finishing.
The dinner went down a storm, I had inadvertantly made too much, but it tasted so good, it all went . My wife was very impressed, she's felt like sh1t all day, with the start of a cold, so thought I'd stepped up to do the dinner out of sympathy (!), not realising I had already planned cooking.
Dinner finished, I ushered her out of the way, so I could do the dishes, too.
Dishes all washed, stacked neatly in the drainer, I flashed around the surfaces and dining table with a wet cloth...
Pulled the plug... I thought 'that looks big!'... FCUK! The plug had come out, complete with the plug surround that usually remains in the bottom of the sink.
The mess in the cupboard below...
Why the f*ck did I bother...
Right... I'm off to B&Q!
EDIT: Fixed now

Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!
