Hit a jump but landing had been made higher than it used to be. Front wheel hit the top of the landing ramp and over the bars I went!
Wish I had pics but I was out on my own.
I just sat up and laughed (luckily I seem to have bounced so no damage done to me or the bike)

You need a good crash every now and then to keep you on your toes.
The more often you crash the more you concentrate more on the trail, if you go a long time without crashing then the next crash will be a big one. (that's my theory anyway). Not really active0 -
always look before you leap..
Will have to try again another day!My Website - Trail Centre info for the UK: MTB Trail Time0 -
I came off the skinnys and north shore at dalby twice on wednesday, should of known better they were wet !
No harm done though and caught them both on camera so happy days !
Touch wood here but lately I only seem to crash at slow speed0 -
I came off on wednesday night in thr surrey hills, went down a steep section into a small dip and hadn't seen that the 2 guys in front of me had already wiped out. Before they could warn me my front wheel jammed into a perfectly front wheel shaped hole at the bottom of the dip and I went flying over the handle bars. The rain had washed it out.
Got 3 nice bruises on my leg to prove it I missed landing on my mates bike by about 6 inches.0
