plan is to have a southerners forum meet on the ise of wight after christmas new years time.
Unfortunatley you will need a car to get to the arewa i intend for the campsite unless your are willing to cycle half the island.
I have 2 holidays site in mind but one of which is closest infact part of my local route
so if your iterested add your name to the list.

isle of wiight is separated by a 3km stretch of water known as the solent, s yes a carry ferry or fast cat would be ideal fo travel, due to the nature of the location of campsite a carry ferry ill be needed for your car

lol - a ferry matey........ didn't even know there was any riding to be had there. Well I was pissed from a night out in southampton, and woke up on the island with no recolection of getting there lol (was about 10 years ago..0 -
over 300km's of trails although most of the rails are coatal or flat, i will be up for doing the round the island cycle route if anyone is interested in an early start on them orning after arrival
on arrival day we could do 2 short trails0 -
i would be up for any riding mate. defo round the island.

They should build a big bridge accross, but that might let too many foreigners in to England.0

just a couple of things
1) where abouts in cannock chase is the 'ilse of wight'
2) your going for a ride with missarple!!!! isnt that asking for trouble. well at least well know who killed you.usually murder fallows missarple about, but she's not usually the perpetratorwhat are brakes for again0 -
