Does anyone know the maximum fork travel reccommended for the Commencal Normal Disc? Or where I could find out? Look on the Commencal website with no joy.

it is a 80/100mm forked XC bike. I would not go over 120."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Well they have 100mm on as standard for my size frame. Just bought some 130mm forks, but they have travel adjust so it's not a problem. Would you reccommend against running them at 130mm then? Would it just be detrimental to the ride, or could it affect the frame?0

and the bike could ride like a barge. the stated Head angle is 73 degrees which is a bit slack for a 100mm forked bike"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

The head angle is 69.5, it's the seat tube angle that's 73 degrees0

Taken from here: http://www.commencal.com/news/bicycles/ ... try_09.pdf
Value number 2, which is 73 is the seat tube angle, value number 3 which is 69.5 is head tube angle.0
