Exmoor
Im going up to Exmoor to meet the father-in-law, well sort of. We want to start on the East side of the moor, around Minehead and do a 50 mile ish loop.
We also need somewhere to stay. I looked at a lovely Inn in Dunster, which would have been great except the weekend we are going theres a candle festival or something and the place is best avoided (unless you like candles).
If anyone can recommend a good place to stay, preferable one that sells ale and a good route of around 50 miles starting and finishing at the Inn that would be great. Otherwise just some pointers to some good places to ride on Exmoor.

50 miles on Exmoor? thats a lot of climbing, I've got a couple of 30 mile routes but if you rode up from Dunster the milage would be about 50 by the time you got back there.

Failing that Porlock or Minehead are both full of B&Bs
