add your favorite diet/weight loss foods to this list PLEASE

oatmeal, apples, oranges, bananas, total and cheerios cereal, broccoli, celery, salmon, tilapia

ok i know this is not a big list i am hoping others will contribute. if you open this thread try to put down at least 1 healthy food for losing weight and living better. anything from meats, vegetables, fruits, desserts, shakes, protein bars, nuts, ect! thanks!

  • Quinoa, brown rice, dates, avocado, almonds, lettuce, mackerel, hemp oil, pineapple, purple sprouting (but not all together!).

    Also, drink plenty of water every day and eat less processed foods.

  • all the above plus....sea bass, black bream, chicken (with skin and fat removed), grapes, plums, mange tout, cucumber, tomatoes, cornflakes, alpen light bars, plenty of water etc etc etc
