Commuting / Office shoes

I've recently started commuting into the office several days a week. At present I'm changing from my road shoes into a pair of normal leather shoes but I'm interested in seeing if there are any good alternatives that will do both. Though they don't need to be super formal I can't wear something that looks like a pair of trainers.

Suggestions please. Thanks.

    These are beautiful but don't, yet, come with drillings for cleats;

    They are made by a chap called Quoc Pham and his website is here;

    Other alternatives are the Vittoria 1976 shoes in black, available from Brick Lane Bikes in London;

    Finally, Dromarti have commissioned shoes from Maretti in Italy, and make these;
